A couple of weeks ago my family took a much needed vacation down to Arizona to visit my parents. After the spring (or winter) we’ve been having here in the Midwest it was a much needed trip for some fun in the sun. My parents have lived down in AZ for 5 years now and we absolutely enjoy our visits there (though we do miss them as well). It just so happened that after being down there for a couple years, my parents friends Mark and Ronda made the move south as well. Mark and Ronda have been close family friends ever since I can remember. I’ve wanted to do a shoot in AZ in the past, but things always seem to come up and plans change. This time, however, I was determined to make it happen and I’m glad it did. Not only did we get to see Mark, Ronda, and their boys, but to top it off my best friend from high school, Allison, made the trip out as well.
The shoot was a blast for me. It was so fun to experience shooting in a different environment than the flat terrain of KS and NE. Mark and Ronda are a beautiful couple with a beautiful family (inside and out). I am so glad we were able to make this shoot happen!!
